This month for our litter pick we are heading NORTH, starting up towards Bow Wharf on the Canal side side of the park, and then come back down the east side of the park by Grove Road, finishing up with a sweep around the Art Pavilion and Chris’ Wood.

On Saturday a group of four people decided to come and started to strip one of the Mile End Park’s woodlands of wild garlic. Volunteers had only planted the bulbs a few months before. Sat 8th November 2025: Litter Picking (10-12PM)

Please note our NOVEMBER litter pick is on a Saturday to avoid Remembrance Sunday. Usually we organise a monthly litter pick in Mile End Park on the second Sunday of each month. Other activities such as bulb and wild-flower planting are seasonal.

Other 2025 litter-picking dates pencilled in:
