Community is so important for us all. Giving us a sense of belonging, we can trust in our local community to lift us when we’re down and support us during trying times. Whether you’re looking to give back to the community or simply want to get involved with local events, we welcome you to become Friends of Mile End Park.

We are an independent collection of people who care about Mile End Park, and we invite you to become a part of our lovely community. We want everyone in the neighbourhood to experience what this magnificent park has to offer, and we take great delight in caring for and maintaining it so that everyone can enjoy it.

We also regularly run lots of fun and exciting events which provide the perfect chance to meet others in the local community 

Currently ongoing is the East London Printmakers: Festival of Print which we would love to see you attend. Visitors to the Festival of Print have a rare opportunity to see and purchase original prints from 95 participating artists. There will certainly be something that catches your eye among the wide range of styles and subjects.

The exhibition is on display at the Art Pavilion in Mile End Park until December 4th, and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
