Whether you’re looking to spend more time outdoors, meet local residents, or contribute to environmental action, our monthly litter picks offer a friendly and rewarding way to get involved. Every volunteer makes a difference.

Many volunteers enjoy the social side of the event just as much as the practical impact. It’s an opportunity to connect with neighbours, share local knowledge, and build community spirit.

July is a wonderful time to spot wildlife. Look out for swifts and swallows overhead, goldfinches feeding among seed heads, and herons near the water. Butterflies, dragonflies, and bees are often active throughout the park.
