This Sunday, the 10th November, is our monthly litter pick in Mile End Park. Why not pop along and join us – you don’t have to stay the whole two hours. The park is looking really beautiful at the moment with the full autumnal leaf palette on show. And a sparrowhawk was seen splashing around in one of the ponds last weekend by Alan Revel who has a knack for spotting birds.
Bath time!

As it is Remembrance Sunday, we are starting the litter pick later than usual at 1PM. You might want to join some of us for the non-religious Remembrance Day Ceremony at Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park 10.30-12.00PM, which is just ten minutes walk away.
For the litter pick we’ll be meeting by the Art Pavilion, heading north up towards Bow Wharf (on the canalside) and then coming back down the Grove Road side.
Time: 1-3PM
Location: Meet by the Art Pavilion (behind the Grove Road Texaco garage)
