Over the past month I have been trying out a FREE way of fundraising for the Friends. By using a site called easyfundraising.org.uk I have raised £9. It might not sound much, but that is just one person in less than a month.
The Friends has 100s of members and there is potential for easyfundraising.org.uk to become a useful source of income to help provide equipment such as litter picks, hand trowels, forks, etc, or to purchase woodland bulbs (a 1000 bulbs is around £200). Your online shopping won’t cost you any extra and the Friends will be really grateful for your donations.
There are over 7,500 brands that are part of the scheme, including lots of big names like Argos, Sainsburys, Tesco, John Lewis, Marks and Spencer.
