Come and join us this Sunday for our monthly litter pick. As usual we meet at 10am by the Art Pavilion, get kitted up with gloves, litter picks, bags and hoops and then meander around the park. We usually end around midday and then head to the Coffee Room for a free coffee and nibbles.

We do make a difference and typically fill around two sacks each.

There is always something seasonal to be spotted as we wander about. The wild garlic that we planted back in the Autumn is just starting to bud and some are flowering. The purple and white honesty is in flower, lots of blossom and the bluebells are showing themselves.

And the swans are nesting again. This comes around very quickly and at this time WhatApps, emails and “social” come alive with messages of “How many eggs?” or “Can we get the barrier up to stop people getting too close?”
