Why not join us this Sunday from 10-12 to help litter pick Mile End Park.
The weather forecast looks great: 5-8C, sunny, with a moderate breeze. This is my favourite time to litter pick in the whole year. That might sound slightly mad, but it is often lovely and fresh in January-February of a morning with clear skies, and an hour or so litter-picking really gets the day off to a great start. Some gentle exercise, a chat with like-minded souls and a coffee/cake after.
We meet by the Art Pavilion at 10am and are all done by midday (though you can leave earlier obviously). Litter picks, collection hoops and bags are supplied.
Some of the snowdrops we planted just a few months ago in Chris Wood are starting to flower.
COVID Precautions for Sunday

- If you can, please do a LFT before coming
- Masks are optional (it will keep your face warm though!)
- We are outdoors and will be spaced out too, which dramatically reduces any risk
