Re-enacting Cosmonauts’ pre lift off rituals: an interactive experience (rotating / drop-in) by Helen Porter.
People have been going into space for more than 50 years, using more than technology.
To prepare for the unknown and unusual experience, astronauts and cosmonauts have pre-launch rituals, which will be observed at the Art Pavillion.

A haircut, planting a tree, a special song and laying flowers on Yuri Gagarin’s grave are just some of the cosmonaut rituals we invite you to come and partake in, interpreted in our own arty and individual style.
