Every Wednesday 4.30-6.30PM a group known as the “Mile End Hub” meet up. Michael Gainsborough-Adam explains:

“We believe that life in Tower Hamlets should be much more than just computer games, school and TV. We’re here to offer young people in the borough a whole range of sports, physical activities and excursions that are stimulating, exciting and, above all else, fun! Come along and get involved in BMX, delivered by Tower Hamlets BMX Club, for everyone aged 12+ and for all abilities. The hub also includes the Urban Adventure Base who offer opportunities to get involved in skateboarding, climbing, kayaking, archery & many more!”
